DAY 1 Arrival in Costa Rica and then transferred from the San Jose
International Airport to your San Jose hotel accommodation.
Overnight accommodation at:
Hotel Grano de Oro or similar (deluxe category) or Hotel Fleur d' Lys or similar
(moderate category).
DAY 2 Pacuare River All day White Water Rafting Tour and overnight at the
River Lodge
White Water Rafting at Pacuare River class III -IV - After an early morning
pickup from your San Josι hotel, you will drive by private, comfortable bus to
our Operations Center for a delicious, typical Costa Rican breakfast. Once at
the river at our private put-in, you'll raft 16 miles deep in the heart of
densely vegetated gorges, past gushing waterfalls, serene pools and pounding
rapids, in one of Costa Rica's most impressive primary rainforests. The Lodge
offers an intimate and charming setting; the lodge blends naturally into the
forest on our 1,000-acre private reserve, with waterfalls and pools for
overnight tours only).
After an adrenaline-packed afternoon running rapids like Upper and Lower Huacas,
Cimarron, Dos Montanas and many more, we take a short drive to Aventuras
Naturales Operations Center for a hearty and delicious lunch, showers, optional
drinks and souvenir store. On the return drive to San Josι, you'll enjoy
remarkable views of Braulio Carrillo National Park and Irazϊ Volcano. This
unforgettable trip will easily be a highlight of your stay in Costa Rica!
DAY 3 Morning River Rafting and Transfer to Manuel Antonio on this Costa Rica
Adventure Travel
Wake up to a delicious gourmet breakfast before another exhilarating rafting
trip on the river. Then enjoy a relaxing lunch on the river before continuing on
for a late arrival into Manuel Antonio. 4 nights accommodations at: Hotel Si
Como No or similar (deluxe category) or Hotel Costa Verdes or similar (moderate
category.) Breakfast not included.

DAY 4 Manuel Antonio Day at Leisure This day is yours to relax and enjoy.
DAY 5 Manuel Antonio All Day Sailing Tour
Sail and Snorkel Tour
Your adventure aboard our sail-ships begins as you sail down the scenic
coast, past the beautiful beaches and islands of Manuel Antonio National
Park. As the boat glides quietly under sail you'll probably see dolphins,
which frequently swim in the boat's bow wake. Occasional whales and giant
sea turtles are a special thrill, and even the most avid wildlife enthusiast
enjoys the ever-present abundance of sea birds. Your professional crew will
guide you through this aquatic paradise while attending to your safety and
comfort. They will personally serve you plentiful portions of delicious
food, in the tradition of the great cruise ships but will a homemade touch.
Good cooled beer, long drinks and soft drinks are included.
DAY 6 Manuel Antonio Canopy Safari Tour
Start with an amazing drive through the rainforest to our ranch house set on
a mountain side with a spectacular river in the back ground. Here you'll
enjoy a delicious meal and prepare to sail through the treetops of the
tropical rainforest canopy. Expert guides lead you on this exciting
adventure into the heart of the rainforest across 9 exhilarating zip lines
and down 3 pulse pounding rappel lines.
Day 7 Transfer to San Jose
Nature Air flight from Quepos/Manuel Antonio to San Jose

the best-known outbound operators worldwide.
(Self transportation is from your hotel in Manuel Antonio to Quepos
airport.)
One nights at the Hotel Hampton Inn or similar which is near the airport at
(for moderate category) with continental breakfast.
Day 8 A Departure transfer is included from your hotel in San Jose to the
International airport for departure flight.
