Waitomo Glowworm Cave - Waitomo

Glowworms are unique to New Zealand and here at the Waitomo Glowworm Caves there are thousands of these worm like lanterns that radiate their luminescent light from the ceiling of caves.

Join the guide as he takes you to the impressive Cathedral cavern where the tour guide will provide an informative commentary on the Caves' historical and geological significance. Then slowly drift underneath the tiny glowworms guided by their shimmering light.

Waitomo Cave adventure - Waitomo

Black Labyrinth is an amazing cave tubing experience with over three hours of adventure as you work your way through tight squeezes, take leaps of faith over cascading underground waterfalls and float serenely down river as you enjoy the glowworm show on the vaulted limestone galleries up above.

Your journey concludes when you emerge into the sunlight of the Waitomo forest.
