Blue Mountains High Country Ecotour
Departing Sydney and head towards to the Blue Mountains
and the Great Dividing Range of Australia. It is here we
leave the ‘average’ Blue Mountains tourist behind and enter
the National Park to unlock a piece of Australia.
Visit the ancient Aboriginal sites and outstanding
lookout; examine rock formations and the unusual plants and
wildlife that abound the area. At Katoomba, Blue Mountains
look over the magnificent Jamieson Valley and the Three
Sisters. Afterwards head into the Australian Bush where a
canopy is set-up for a delicious barbecue lunch including a
selection of fine Australian wines and cheeses.
Upon returning to Sydney we drop into a hidden valley
where we roam the area, seeking out the many kangaroos that
graze in the wild (conditions permitting).
Reluctantly we leave the National Park passing by the
Olympic 2000 site, before returning to your hotel.

Hunter Valley Wine Vintage Tour
The full day Hunter Valley wine tour takes you over the
magnificent Sydney Harbour Bridge, through the leafy
Northern part of Sydney city into the Ku-ring-gai National
Park to reach the Hawkesbury River. Time to stop for a
traditional Aussie morning tea deep in the bush and then
continue on to the historic township of Wollombi, famous for
its local brew called Dr Jurd’s Jungle Juice.
From the lookout of Mt View descend into the Hunter
Valley and begin your Australian wine tasting and to have a
conversation with the owners, for you to admire their
cottage locations and wine.
At the foothills of the Hunter Valley enjoy a lunch and
then spend the afternoon visiting some of the larger
vineyards for more superb wine tasting.

This unique day is the ultimate way to experience the beauty of Sydney. Your guide greets you at your city hotel for a tour around the historic Rocks precinct, visiting the first church in Australia & the convict built cottages. We then take a look around the Observatory, continuing around Circular Quay, the Opera House & the magnificent Botanical Gardens. From under the famous
Harbour Bridge, we drive through Woolloomooloo & Kings Cross, as well as the ritzy Double Bay area. Along the foreshore of the Eastern suburbs we pass by the up-market homes of the rich & famous.
Arriving at Coogee Bay we enjoy fish & chips at Coogee Bay Hotel with a glass of Australian wine or beer before making our way to South Head to breathe in the crisp ocean air.
After lunch we return to the city, visiting Darling Harbour where your yacht awaits for a cruise around Sydney Harbour with afternoon tea. After an incredible 2 hours on the world’s most beautiful harbour, your vessel returns to Darling Harbour. Here you may decide to eat out at any one of the dozen or more restaurants, stay & enjoy the entertainment, or take the monorail into the city, returning to your hotel at your leisure.

Complete Sydney Seaplane
For an amazing view of Sydney with a difference, there is a seaplane that awaits your arrival for an extra-ordinary flight over this stunning and world known harbour.
From your hotel you visit the Historical Rocks suburb of Sydney, before arriving at the Rose Bay Seaplane different terminal. We take off to the east sighting the entrance to this stunning harbour, north to the sparkling golden sands coastline, then west to arrive on the Hawkesbury River.
A luxury four wheel drive waits for an Eco Experience of the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park. For a change of pace this is a nature lover's paradise, the guides show you the elevated walkways across wetlands abundant with wildlife, showing you the ancient Aboriginal carvings. We continue our Eco experience within the National Park before returning to Sydney via the Northern Beaches.
At Manly, there is the opportunity to return to the city either ferry or be returned to your hotel by crossing the Harbour Bridge.
